Hotel rooms sold out?

Hi,

I went to book my room, and it said that rooms for Monday night are already sold out -- do you know if they're going to make more rooms available to us, or do I need to find another hotel for that night?

Debby, do you HAVE a room at this time?

It's the reservations for double bed rooms....I can see on the reservation site that it's not showing up, but in the block we do have them available. I am working on it and we will get it fixed. There are double rooms available.

If you have a king reserved at this time, please let me know so when I do get it resolved, I can switch you to the double. Please email me your confirmation number if you have it to my ED email address, which I know you have.

I did try to call you, but I don't think I have the correct number. No worries however, because Debby wrote to me about the two of you rooming together.

Can you just email me at executivedirector @isgb. org (please reomove the spaces), let me know if you made a reservation at the Hyatt and if so, your confirmation number and if not, what dates do you want to be there and I will email you back directly.

I will be able to confirm a room for you at the Hyatt once I get these details - thank you so much!

Just wanted to drop in and say thanks so much for ironing all of this out for us, Kendra! We're all set with a hotel room for Monday night. (Which is good since I'll be nice and rested for my class on Tuesday, but bad since I no longer have the "well I have to stay in another hotel anyway, so might as well come in a few days early" excuse to play tourist for a couple of days )
