Exhibit notification dates?

I've just submitted stuff for the Three x Two and Indelible exhibits (crossing fingers, toes, eyes....). The 3x2 pieces must be received no later than April 14th, and I can't find a 'received by' date for Indelible in the documentation.

Assuming something of mine makes the cut, I'll be out of the country most of April (8th thru 23rd) in Venice/Murano. Wheeee!

I'll either have to mail the stuff before I leave on April 8th, or box it up and hope Jim The Hubby wil get off the golf course and read my emails, realize there's something that has to be shipped, and do it. I shudder.

Does anybody have a date range when the acceptance notices will go out, so I can do the appropriate Hubby reminders?

I always seem to be trapped somewhere when due dates hit - England, Volcano, ack.... Thanks in advance for any info you've got, *me*

Hi Sharon,

The Three x Two dates are as follows:

April 14: Deadline for the delivery of the three beads
July 16: Delivery of finished piece to Facèré Jewelry Art Gallery (responsibility of the metalsmith)*
July 24-28: Display at Facèré Jewelry Art Gallery, Seattle, WA

I'll ask Kendra about the Indelible dates and get it posted.

Thanks, Terri! What I really need are the dates we'll be notified that our pieces have been accepted. If that happens after April 8th, I'm kinda doomed... if before, I can mail the stuff in early.

Sharon, I apologize for not getting this to you earlier. We are having a bit of a wind storm - certainly affects electricity and technology! *wink*

Notifications from the Jury process are due to go out to artists for Indelible by April 13, 2012.

Pieces juried in will be due at the Columbus office no later than May 9, 2012.

Oh no! Squirrels have not been sacraficed here, but I can tell you that any leaves my bonsai were trying to sprout are now blown to Hawaii! *wink* Whoosh! Messy, but it can always be worse so tomorrow...I am hoping for sun!

Can you also provide the notification date for the 3 x 2? or did I miss it somewhere?

I'm sorry for the delayed response - I saw your note and then couldn't find where it was to get back to it! We're working on compiling scores so we can make notifications March 30.
