This will be my first Gathering and I can't wait! I do have a question about volunteering .. is it possible to schedule volunteer time around the various presentations? I would hate to miss anything!

Patty, when Sharyl and Margie start scheduling, they'll do their best to accomodate special requests. They might not be able to keep ALL volunteer hours within the requested time frames, but they WILL do their best to work around as many requests as they possibly can. We'd love to see you helping out somewhere during the event, and thanks so much for considering to do that! Its hands down the best way to meet and really get to know other participants that you might not normally have a chance to spend any extended time with.

Do the classes fill up in real time (ie if I click on a class during registration and it is full, will I know it so I can choose another one)?

Lara, it should not accept your request for a workshop if the workshop is full, which should allow you to choose another option however; the system does not fully confirm your registration until you check out. Please keep that in mind since while you are registering, so are others and confirmations are fully complete only upon check out.
