Love those big beads!! The top one is so rich!
Kris no fools gold yet, things are slow across the border. I'm switching to soft glass next week for a bit then I'll go back to boro when the fools gold gets here!

Carolyn has been busy! She asked me to post these pictures of a wedding headband in progress. Just beautiful!

I so enjoy seeing all the work on display here.
Thanks to Debby for getting my half completed bridal headpiece also on display.

Kris my set is just acid etched, then neutralized in a milk bath.

Pittypat, I'm happy to share colors! Just simple copper green and Lauscha cocoa. The two are magic together.

Carolyn, once again you've just left me speechless!! That's going to be a gorgeous piece, and I'm sure the bride will feel extra special wearing it.

Everyone's work is wonderful ... I love the encased beads, Haley, and the baby dolls are delicious, Kris. I can't even think about fiber, but I love it! Nicker, the organic colors of your beads work so well with the silver; your off-mandrel work is nice, too. It's a challenge, isn't it? I'm trying to make one boro angel per day, so far I'm up to three finished and they're not brilliant, but getting better. I got the one not in the kiln to take a picture, but knocked her over and she broke. I really am too clumsy to work with glass!

I just finished this - well, everything but the clasp. Planning (fingers crossed) on having it finished for a show his weekend (Nov. 12-13)

The Bead Society of Greater Washington is having their annual fall bead Bazaar in Gaithersburg, MD.(Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12-13) Are you coming down to see your son? You wouldn't be that far away. Might be a show you should consider doing in the future now that you have a place you can crash!!! come check it out!
