Default 2011 Kentucky Sales & Use Tax Information - UPDATED INFORMATION, USE THESE DETAILS for Louisville

    Hi Everyone,

Please ignore all other information previously posted for the Louisville conference related to Sales & Use Tax forms and the Bead Bazaar.

Just as we did during our previous conference in Louisville, we will help you with your Sales & Use Tax Forms/Filing.

It did not appear that we were going to be able to do this again for 2011, but it's done and we/you are set.

You will receive from ISGB on the day of the Bead Bazaar, a form to complete. We will pass them out AND we will collect them.

You do not need to apply for, nor aquire anything else to sell on Bead Bazaar day - the form we give you will indeed cover everything.

If you have any questions, please email me at executivedirector @ isgb.org (please remove spaces)

    Thank you,
    Kendra

Will the forms distributed be applicable to the chapter tables as well, Kendra? And what is the tax rate in Louisville?

Will these forms also work for the commercial and tech vendors?

Angie, yes the forms will go to Bead Bazaar Chapter tables - applicable to the Smokey Mountain Firecrackers, of course! If you have any questions about that, please contact me at executivedirector @ isgb.org - please remove the spaces.

Jenny, I have the forms for the Commercial and Technical Vendors as well. Thank you.

The tax rate in Louisville will be 6% for sales.

That makes life so much easier. Wish we could do that in every state where we have a Gathering. It is always a challenge to do a show outside your home state. I feel like I am chasing my tail sometimes so I don't get into trouble.

    Thanks, Kendra!

Excellent, Kendra! It's just like Miami then? Thank you!

Did you know that I was fined $50+ for filing two days late for New York? What state would have a due date on the 21st instead of the last day of the month?

Thank you Kendra, that's a big check off of my list.
