If you have questions, this is where you want to be and...you can meet other first time attendees as well as those who have been with us for many years!
Annual General Membership Meeting
Thursday

5:15 PM

Please join us for the Annual Membership Meeting. This very important meeting is really the one time each year that members of the Board of Directors, Regional Directors and the members get to meet face-to-face. We review and discuss accomplishments, future projects and we get to hear from you, our members. You can ask questions and certainly give great input regarding our organization.

An agenda for this meeting will be sent to all members via Constant Contact on Wednesday, July 14, so please look for it. It will also be available from your Regional Director and will be posted in the Members Only section of our ISGB Forum.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Annual Meeting!

A wonderful annual event for us! The bidding begins at 8:00 AM. This fast-paced, exciting opportunity to add to your collection of beads or to show your support of our ISGB educational programs will continue throughout the day until 4:00 PM. Don't miss it! Our thanks to everyone who supported our Silent Auction this year with such wonderful donations.

Get on board the buses and head for three fantastic shows. The support we have received from our Gallery tour locations has been incredible this year! Make a dinner reservation pre-or-post with VisitRochester and make it a great night to remember from the Rochester Gathering!
Fundraising Sales
Thursday, July 23
8:00 AM
Fundraising sales are open during the Gathering at various times, so please check the updated schedule when you arrive. Since this event supports our ISGB educational programs, please consider stopping by and stocking up on your favorite ISGB items!

Programs like BMAC, exhibits such as Convergence and Perspectives, and the production of pamphlets that educate both buyers of our art glass beads and beadmakers are all supported by Fundraising Sales.

You will be able to purchase the annual Gathering Postcard Collection that we all love. For the third year, we will have the ISGB special mug designed with pictures from the Instructors and Presenters who will be with us in Rochester. These mugs could contain discount items, special coupons or glass samples so come grab your mug and see what you won!

Shirts, pins and so much more can be found in the Fundraising area.
Technical and Commercial Vendors
One of the most exciting things about the Gathering is the opportunity to visit (and shop!) with our Technical and Commercial Vendors. This is a hands-on, one-stop shopping experience where you can see, touch and ‘get serous’ about the tools, glass and information that you need!

Vendors have extended hours, including during Open Torch, Thursday evening. Check the schedule when you arrive in Rochester.
Live Auction
Saturday
July 31
9:00 PM

Don't miss the Live Auction following the Banquet on Saturday evening. If you are not attending the Banquet, you are still invited to the Auction and we encourage you to attend this great event!

This year, our Auction will feature finished jewelry pieces, beads, glass and equipment and so much more! Remember, this event supports our ISGB educational programs and CERF, the Craft Emergency Relief Fund.

Thank you to all of the artists, vendors and generous people who donated items to the Live Auction this year! We appreciate your amazing support and dedication to ISGB very much.
