Jeez, I don't mean to monopolize this thread BUT one more query if I may....is that annual fee going to be the same every year? Or do they increase it down the road?? I think I read somewhere that the annual fee can be as high as 400.00 ish?

You aren't monopolizing, Julie...you are asking valid questions that help everyone who reads the info!
I've had my account for three years and I don't recall it going up. If it did, it was such a small change that I didn't even notice. I've found that any time ProPay has an issue, whether security concerns or fees, they send out quite adequate information well ahead of any changes.
